Is my phone or device compatible?
The Trio charges any phone with Qi wireless charging or phone cases with that capability.
Can I charge my phone with the case still on?
Yes. Cases under 5mm thick are charging friendly. However, cases made of metal, attachments such as magnets, cards, grips will interfere with charging.
What kinds of drinks can I heat and cool?
While The Trio can heat and cool all drinks, it’s especially made for canned beverages and hot drinks in our mug.
What kind of mug can you use for this?
You can use any mug. However, we recommend you use the mug provided.
Is the mug microwave safe?
No, the mug is not microwave safe. The mug is made with Food-grade aluminum alloy.
